Christine D. McGuire

Christine D. McGuire joined the firm in 2000 and in January 2009 became a member and officer of the firm. She concentrates her practice defending litigated matters for self-insured clients and insurance carriers. Ms. McGuire devotes a considerable portion of her time to complex product liability and premises liability litigation. She also has extensive experience handling cases involving contract disputes, insurance coverage, construction site accidents, property damage, toxic tort and general negligence. She has successfully defended numerous personal injury matters resulting in early dismissal. Her practice also includes the prosecution of commercial litigation. She practices at the trial and appellate levels throughout the state of New Jersey in both state and federal courts and in Pennsylvania.

Ms. McGuire earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from West Virginia University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She earned her Masters of Social Work degree, also from West Virginia University, in 1996. In 1999, she graduated from Villanova University School of Law where she was a member of the Environmental Law Journal.

Ms. McGuire is a member of the New Jersey State and Camden County Bar Associations.
