Francis X. Donnelly is a founding member of the firm which opened in 1991. After serving a judicial clerkship with the Honorable E. Stevenson Fluharty, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Mr. Donnelly commenced his career as a trial lawyer in 1984. He has litigated cases in New Jersey state and federal courts and has advocated his clients' positions before the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Donnelly has a considerable amount of trial experience with an expertise in the defense of substantial personal injury and property damage claims. Mr. Donnelly has defended cases on behalf of manufacturers, contractors, medical and legal professionals, pharmacists, accountants, insurance brokers, landowners, public entities, employers and owners and leasees of tractor trailers. His practice has been concentrated in the areas of industrial and construction site accidents, construction defect/mold claims, long term/toxic exposure, commercial truck accidents, professional malpractice/negligence, insurance coverage litigation, product liability, employment discrimination, civil rights violations, public entity immunities and corporate shareholder disputes. Mr. Donnelly has enjoyed remarkable success in the trials of cases involving fatalities, alleged brain injuries, traumatic amputations, and other severe personal injuries. Mr. Donnelly is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. Less than 1% of New Jersey Attorneys are qualified to be certified Civil Trial Attorneys. Attorneys are designated by the Supreme Court as "Certified Attorneys" if they are able to demonstrate sufficient levels of experience, education, knowledge and skill in a special area of law or practice, have passed a rigorous examination, and have been recognized by their peers as having sufficient skill and reputation in the designated specialty. For the past several years, Mr. Donnelly has been recognized by his peers as a Super Lawyer in the area of civil litigation.

Mr. Donnelly has been admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the New Jersey and Camden County Bar Associations, New Jersey Defense Association, New Jersey Trial Lawyers Association and Defense Research Institute. Mr. Donnelly has presented numerous lectures and defense seminars to clients on a variety of topics covering his practice areas including product liability, commercial motor vehicle litigation, construction defect/mold claims, contractual indemnification, insurance coverage litigation issues and the statutory immunities available to public entities in New Jersey.
