Linton W. Turner, Jr. is Counsel to the Firm, he was one of the founding members of the firm in January 1991 after having practiced for twelve years as an associate and partner at another firm. After serving a clerkship with The Honorable J. Gilbert Van Sciver, Jr. in the Superior Court, Mr. Turner has been involved exclusively in the defense of litigation matters for insurance carriers, self-insureds, corporations and professional individuals. His practice is regional and involves the entire State of New Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia area. He is admitted in Massachusetts (1978), New Jersey (1979) and Pennsylvania (1992).

The focus of Mr. Turner's practice is primarily product liability, construction, professional negligence, toxic and long-term exposure, environmental matters, and vehicular accidents with a focus on bus and truck involvement.

Mr. Turner is a member of the American, New Jersey and Camden County Bar Associations, the Defense Research Institute and the New Jersey Defense Association.
